At The Teton Bancshares, the basis of each customer relationship, many of which span generations, is trust. You have chosen to do business with Teton Bancshares, and we are obligated to honor that relationship with great care, beginning with the information you have chosen to share with us. We, our, and us refers to Teton Bancshares, First National Bank of Fairfield or Citizens State Bank of Choteau.

You and your refers to consumer customers with a continuing relationship with us, including those to whom we have provided the following products:

• safe deposit boxes
• investment products

Affiliate refers to a company that we control, controls us, or is under common control with us.

Nonaffiliated third party refers to a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

Nonpublic, personal information refers to information we collect about you in connection with providing a product or service to you. Nonpublic, personal information does not include that which is available from government records, widely distributed media, or government-mandated disclosures.

INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CUSTOMERS:

We do not disclose nonpublic, personal information about former customers, except as permitted by law. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

We Teton Bancshares is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. We resist access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Employees who violate these standards will be subject to disciplinary measures. We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
